The Entry was dark and outdated. New flooring, trim accents and architectural lighting helps to update and open up the space without having to enlarge it.

The Guest Bath also needed updating. Replacing the failing tub with the new shower makes the room feel larger, again, without having to expand it, and adds a nice architectural design element to the space.

The Great Room was in need of updating as well. Our clients chose bamboo flooring for its beauty and sustainability.

Nothing goes better with a creekside abode than a beautiful deck to commune with nature on. Made from Ipe wood, also known as Ironwood, which is naturally resistant to rot and decay, is eight times harder than California Redwood, and has the highest rating for termite resistance. Check out that view!
