This bathroom remodel incorporated several green elements including dual-flush water-conserving toilets, paperless sheetrock to discourage mold growth, a remnant granite countertop, recycled glass tile wainscoting and shower surround and Marmoleum flooring.
Marmoleum flooring in "green melody", featured above, was used. Marmoleum is a natural linoleum made from non-toxic resins. It is natually water-resistant and considerably durable for high-traffic areas. Marmoleum is comparably priced to other flooring options and comes in a wide variety of color and style options.
Recycled glass tile was used inside this custom shower surround and throughout bathroom.

This custom shower surround features a shelving design that allows for organizational space within the shower and room for a storage cabinet underneath, accessed from the vanity area of the bathroom.
